What I found
£10 a month buys you an MP.
What if people subscribed to an organisation that recruited representatives and funded their political work? AI agents continually negotiate members’ preferences instead of waiting for occasional meetings or ballots.
The organisation selects a candidate; the electorate still elects the MP. Subscription income supports organisers, research and campaigning, while representatives’ relationship with the organisation depends on its members.
As more such groups form, coalitions become another task for agents. Niche political interests pool bargaining power. The familiar large party meets a different way of organising representation.
The same recurring revenue that gives members a voice also creates pressure to subscribe. The question becomes whose preferences the system can afford to hear.
